Selwyn L. Talley is the Founder and CEO of Talley Solutions. He is an innovative and forward-thinker who has a passion for learning and technology. Selwyn created his business in an untapped niche, particularly for law enforcement officers, who need to meet ongoing regulatory training. His vision for the company arose as a result of different circumstances that would collectively serve as the inspiration for Talley Solutions.

He began his career in law enforcement in 1995 and worked for various policing agencies in Southern Nevada; Tribal Policing, Nevada Highway Patrol, City of North Las Vegas, and the North Las Vegas City Attorney's office. Selwyn offers a wealth of experience in law enforcement from both policing and legal perspectives. He has held various roles in law enforcement; patrol officer, field training officer, supervisor, and Domestic Violence Liaison Officer. His most recent experience combines his policing expertise and legal awareness to help patrol officers, detectives, and prosecutors prepare cases for successful prosecution.

Growing up, Selwyn witnessed the effects life and crime had on friends and family. He was born in Mansfield, Ohio and relocated to Southern California in the early years of his life. Selwyn was raised by his mother, a single-woman, with three other siblings. He would later lose his older brother, an Army veteran, to suicide and a close personal friend to a gun accident. At various points in childhood, his family faced personal and economic challenges. His life was filled with pivotal moments that define who he is today. These experiences would ultimately bring him to Southern Nevada for a path in law enforcement.
